Oxford House
Whenever a Great Portland Estates (GPE) job lands at River Film HQ, we already know it will be a fantastic project. The FTSE 250 property investment company, which owns over £2.5 billion of London real estate, is a forward-thinking business that always supports game-changing projects.
GPE knows what makes River Film stand out as a video production company and trusts us to produce a film capable of changing the audience’s perspective. The Oxford House project was no different.
The film we produced for the fantastic Oxford House building had to highlight what a wonderful area this would be. The job was made more difficult as the location was currently surrounded by building sites and Crossrail was yet to arrive at Tottenham Court Road.
Oxford Road East was not perceived as prime pitch, and the River Film team had the job of changing that perspective. The international market had to know that Oxford House, which faces the Oxford Street entrance of Tottenham Court Road Elizabeth Line, would become a hub for retail and entertainment.
The concept we developed involved projecting real people onto a CG model to create a film representing the area’s vibrancy and energy.
Using green screen recordings, we created a memorable real estate marketing film that was incredibly different to others in the sector.
At River Film, we aim to find new creative solutions with every project. Unlike some of our competitors, you’ll never see us going the same thing every time. Check out some of our other perspective-changing projects.
